Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Only took advantage of the breakfast one day and it was fine. Cinnamon buns were great. The reuse of an old bank was phenomenal, the old bank vault doors were behind the front desk.

This is a gorgeous historic building. It was originally a bank and it is quite elegant in design. The breakfast was wonderful for continental style. It was really a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Cook staff was excellent. The staff were all very well trained, polite, and took pride in their work and in the hotel. The hotel lobby is really beautiful. Parking is tight but it is conveniently onsite with a security gate and quite safe. Very near to the hotel is a great entertainment area, the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. There are streets of restaurants and pubs to walk and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room, comfy bed, the chaise lounge was a nice feature. The hotel was in an old bank which had some cool architecture. Friendly staff. The Breakfast was pretty good!

Staff was friendly.Gave good information about where to eat.Need some repairs to sink in room 400.And clean tiles under bathroom sink.Room 506 wheel chair room.Needs longer shower curtains.Floor was wet.Thats how we got to room 400.

This must have been a bank or something similar ~99 years ago - the main floor was impressive. Our floor (4th) appeared to be recently renovated in a modern design. The room and bathroom were beautiful, and well appointed. The desk manager was very pleasant. Breakfast was great! Several kinds of protein, fruit, dairy products, even a pancake making machine - all very well tended to. There were fresh flowers at the front desk, a nice touch!

The hotel is located at a convenient location close to downtown Baltimore. The surroundings are well lit and overall safe. Paid parking is available. The building and the lobby have a historic feeling and grandeur. The room is clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was awesome.

We enjoyed the breakfast and its variety and taste. The hotel was convenient for why my sister had to go to Baltimore. They appreciated the cleanliness. They took a taxi to her destinations and the convenience was remarkable.
